Last night, we travelled to Asia with our taste buds and it was sooo… damn good… If you know what I mean! Apart from being so delicious, it is quick and easy. This meal is sooo tasty and its aroma is surely inviting! All you need to do is follow the directions to prepare a tasty meal you’re gonna be proud of and the best part is… it’s in less than 20 minutes.
1 pack of rice noodles
2 red chili peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 pound of jumbo shrimps
3 tbs of I cannot believe it’s not butter
Green onions (for garnish)
Clean and season the shrimps with salt and black pepper.
Soak the noodles in warm water for 5-8 minutes.
Chop the garlic and red long chili peppers.
Heat the wok or pan, add the, I cannot believe it’s not butter.
Add the chopped garlic and the peppers; stir for a little bit.
Add the shrimps, once it turns pinkish, take them out and set aside.
Add the noodles, the soy sauce and the teriyaki sauce. Toss until it’s heated through; add back the shrimps and stir. Serve and top it up with a little bit of green onions.
