Whenever I have the opportunity to play around my kitchen with pasta and shrimps, I grab the chance to come up with a yummy yummy recipe, one you cannot say no to. It is rich in milk and cheese and healthy enough but you got to eat with some control because it is that good. The Alfredo was made even better with the tomato sauce. Fried tomatoes (you need 4 tomatoes, an onion bulb, 1 hot pepper)
Shrimps (season with salt and black pepper)
A tin of evaporated milk
A cup of Parmesan cheese
Cook your pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Always cook your pasta in salt water.
To fry the tomatoes :
Blend about 4 plum tomatoes, onions and hot pepper.
Heat about half cup of olive oil in a saucepan.
Pour in the tomatoes, blend and cook it until all the water in the tomatoes evaporates and you can clearly see the oil.
Turn down the heat and pour in the evaporated milk.
Add the Parmesan and stir until it is melted.
Add the shrimps, once it begins to turn pink, add the cooked pasta.
Toss pasta to get all the sides completely coated with the sauce.
Turn off the heat and add the fresh basil.
