Spring is here! This recipe serves as a cooler drink especially in this warm or rather hot weather in Nigeria and other parts of the world with hot weathers. Can certainly function as a mature option for a cocktail. It’s also a perfect welcome drink to family, friends and guests at your reception, it’s a classy substitute for ordinary water and it’s easy to prepare despite its dynamic relevance, you wanna try?!
1 cup of chopped ginger
Maple and Stevia
2 bottles 750ml sparkling water
A handful of mint leaves
Put the mint leaves in the pitcher and muddle a little bit to release its flavor.
Pour the juice of four lemons.
Blend the ginger until smooth.
Sieve the the juice and pour in the pitcher.
Pour the two bottles of the sparkling water.
Now add the combination of maple syrup and Stevia to taste.
Stir and cool in the fridge!
