This drink reminds me of our first Valentine’s date in Grenada after we got married.They served us one of their signature drink at a place called Bananas and it had its own way to stimulate an atmosphere of love. Try this recipe, it’s very yummy and healthy at the same time and I bet you’re gonna fall in love again with that special person.This ingredient is for one serving.
1 cup of ice cubes
1 medium size banana
1/2 Tsp of nutmeg
3 Tbs of heavy whipping cream or you can substitute with evaporated milk (you can add more if you want to, this is healthier portion)
Take off the banana peel and put the ice cubes, banana, nutmeg and heavy whipping cream or milk in the blender.
Blend away until smooth.
Pour in your serving glass, put the straw and finally, enjoy your trip to the Caribbean island!
