Here we are with another delicious recipe simply made from sweet potatoes. Okay,lets paint a scenario, everyone is totally exhausted and very very hungry and mummy might take hours to cook a meal. One good thing about this new recipe is that you can have it in the oven while you prepare the sauce or do some other thing that could aid speedy preparation of the meal. Also it saves you a lot of calories you get just by baking instead of frying.
Naija sweet potatoes
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Slice them in about 1/2 inch thickness.
Put them in a bowl and drizzle some cooking oil and salt.
Properly toss with the oil and salt to get them well coated.
Line them in a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F until it’s golden brown.
If after baking it looks dry, just drizzle a little more oil and toss. To give glossy shine look.
