¼ cup of palm oil
1 pound of gizzard
2 medium onions
1 habanero pepper
1 cube of Knor
DIRECTIONS: FIRST STAGE
Season the gizzard with one medium onion, dried thyme, knor, salt. Bring to a boil until the gizzard is soft and also cook it down it until there is not much water left.
Heat the oil
Add the onions, cook for a little bit
Add pepper and Efuru
Add gizzard and toss the whole thing together until well incorporated
Garnish with red pepper and green onions
